Portrait of a woman sculpted in clear glass, with human eyes

Prompt systems and tools for synthetic people.

Sintetico

Realistic, consistent people, built from nothing. We sell the method behind them: prompt packs and a lab that turns any image into a prompt for your own character.

Head in a faceted crystal shell, face covered in skin

Every convincing person is built in layers. So is every prompt that makes one.

What people see first: pores, freckles, light on a cheek. Most prompts stop here.

Scroll, drag, or press a layer.

The collection

Twelve heads from one series. The same crystal, the same light, a different layer each time. Keeping everything else fixed is the craft.

One face, three sessions.

Hair, eye colour and light change. The person doesn't. That is the whole job of a synthetic character, and it's what the packs teach.

  • Glass portrait with dark wavy hair and green eyes
    Session one
  • Glass portrait with slicked-back hair and brown eyes
    Session two
  • Glass portrait with glass hair and blue-grey eyes
    Session three

Build a person.

The dissection went in. Building goes the other way, from the rules underneath to the skin on top. Pick what the face is made of and the prompt writes the reference portrait your character starts from.

Bone

The rules underneath. They never change between shots. Pick any.

Structure

The proportions that make the face recognisable.

Muscle

The expression. A look, never a stock smile.

Fascia

The texture that stops skin from looking like plastic.

Skin

The colouring people remember first.

The prompt

Vertical head-and-shoulders portrait photograph of an adult woman in her late twenties, facing the camera. Oval face, soft jawline. Auburn hair, green eyes. Light freckles across the nose and cheeks. A steady, knowing look into the lens, lips slightly parted. Soft window light from the left, the same in every shot. A smooth off-white wall behind, nothing else in the frame. A plain black crew-neck top, the same in every shot. Shot on an 85mm lens at eye level, natural skin texture, no retouching. This is the reference portrait of a recurring character.

Written for Nano Banana. The Genesis pack takes the same face through Flux and Krea, and keeps it identical from one image to the next.

Twelve people who do not exist.

Twelve reference portraits, made the way Build works above: five layers, one option per layer, one prompt, generated once. Genesis has eight options per layer instead of three, and these are twelve of the faces it can make. Under each face is its recipe, one code per option, in the colours of the layers. Nobody sat for them.

Point at a code under a face: it says what it is, and who else was built on it.

The Bone layer is what never changes between shots: the wall, the light, the top. Six stand on an off-white wall, three on grey seamless, three on black. Seven wear a black crew-neck, five a cream shirt. One lens, one distance.

The Lab

Any image in. Your prompt out.

The Lab reads the scene, the light, the lens and the framing of any photograph, leaves the person out, and writes the prompt in the format your model understands. It hands you words to copy, never a picture: the image is made in your own tool, where your character takes the stranger’s place.

  1. 1

Drop in the photo you want to copy

Any picture, from anywhere: a café, a street, a studio portrait, one of the examples below. It does not have to be a photo of you — it is the shot whose light and framing you want to borrow.

  2. 2

The Lab reads it and writes a prompt

Scene, light, lens, angle and crop, with the person left out. What comes back is text. The Lab does not make pictures.

  3. 3

You generate the picture, with your character

Paste the prompt into Nano Banana, Flux or Krea together with your character's photo. That is where your character takes the stranger's place.

Studio portrait of a woman in her mid twenties. Heart-shaped face, wide at the temples, narrow chin. Neutral mouth, eyes level, no expression offered. Light freckles across the nose and cheeks. Copper red hair to the jaw, blue eyes, freckled fair skin. A plain black crew-neck top. A pure black background. One hard key light from the upper left. 85mm lens at eye level, head and shoulders, photorealistic.

Same room as the previous image: a smooth white wall fills the background, a pale concrete floor with no joints, nothing on the walls, one window out of frame on the left casting a single sharp shadow. She sits on the floor against the wall, knees drawn up, looking at the camera. Same outfit, same light.

Questions

What is Sintetico?

A label by Pionio for synthetic people: images, prompt systems and small tools for building realistic, consistent characters from nothing.

Can I buy it now?

Genesis, yes: $12 once, and the Notion page reaches your inbox a minute after you pay. The Atlas opens soon. Join the list and you get one email, the day it opens. Nothing before, nothing after.

How do the packs arrive?

As a Notion page you keep. Genesis is bought once and stays yours; The Atlas is the same page, with new plates added every month for as long as you subscribe.

Which tools do the prompts work with?

Nano Banana (inside Gemini or Higgsfield), Flux and Krea. Every prompt is written three times, because the same words behave differently on each.

Do I need a GPU or ComfyUI?

No. The prompts work in web tools you already use.

Can I use the results commercially?

Yes, the prompts are yours to use in your own work and for clients. Check the license of the image model you run them on.

Can I recreate a real person?

No. Sintetico builds people from nothing. Nothing here is meant for copying a real person's face, and the Lab leaves the person out of every prompt it writes.

Are the twelve faces real people?

No. Each of the twelve was written as a prompt first, from the forty blocks in Genesis, then generated once and kept. Nobody sat for them, and no real face was used.

Somewhere all this was an absence.
